A few weeks ago, January Payne learned that her uncle had been rushed to Harrisburg Hospital gravely ill with COVID-19.
Payne didn’t find out until more than a month after the fact that her uncle, Antone Wilson, an inmate at State Correctional Institution at Camp Hill, had been hospitalized for a week.
