Henderson County News: Federal grand jury indicts man, 22, for Parkway assault

Henderson County (Oct 18, 2023) - A Whittier man arrested on a federal complaint for attempted kidnapping on the Blue Ridge Parkway has been formally charged by a grand jury in Charlotte, Dena J. King, U.S. Attorney for the Western District of North Carolina, announced.
