PUTRAJAYA: The Health Ministry has identified nine new Covid-19 clusters in the country, of which four are workplace outbreaks.
Health director-general Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah said the number of active clusters in the country is now 344.
The Jalan Puncak Borneo cluster in Sarawak has 61 confirmed cases so far.
"The cluster is linked to trainees of a training centre in Jalan Puncak Borneo, Kuching.
"A targeted screening exercise was conducted on 111 individuals from April 11.
"As of April 13, there are 61 confirmed cases," said Dr Noor Hisham.
Besides the four workplace clusters, there were also three new community outbreaks.
One of them is the Kampung Gayang cluster, which is linked to a social event held on March 28 at a village in Tuaran, Sabah.
