Foster parents, child protection workers, youth and non-profit organizations including Rhianna Rose Albert of Havre were honored Tuesday during a virtual awards ceremony as part of the annual Prevent Child Abuse and Neglect Conference sponsored by the Department of Public Health and Human Services.
Albert received the Youth Achievement of the Year, which goes to foster or adoptive youths who exhibit a drive to be successful and make positive changes in their life. Nikey Gregg, Lolo, and Halie Yeager, Kalispell, also received the award.
