A man facing attempted murder charges for allegedly
Darwyn Sellars entered guilty pleas to using a restricted or prohibited firearm, flight from police, dangerous operation of a conveyance and possession of a firearm contrary to an order.
Sellars, born in 1988, was originally facing 15 counts including three attempted murder charges in relation to an incident Dec 3, 2019 in Falkland.
A car involved in a suspicious vehicle complaint failed to stop at a road block, and police say shots were fired at officers as the vehicle sped away from the scene.
A spike belt was deployed east of Westwold. A man and a woman were taken into custody.
