Grace McManus hailed 'big loss' to Wicklow politics as councillors bid farewell

Elected councillors lined up at the Wicklow County Council chambers last week to bid a sorrowful farewell to outgoing Bray East councillor Grace McManus, who stepped down as a local representative after four and a half years of dedicated service.
