Ilorin, Jan. 26, 2021 Gov. AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq of Kwara has advocated for infrastructural development in the North Central region of Nigeria.
He also solicited for better political representation of the region at the federal level.
AbdulRazaq made these appeals in Ilorin on Tuesday when he hosted members of the Kogi House of Assembly during an advocacy visit to rally support for Gov. Yahya Bello’s 2023 presidential bid.
He commended the giant strides of his Kogi counterpart and said the social media criticisms of him were not reflective of the infrastructural developments that have taken place under his administration.
He said the north central region, with its huge human and material resources, had never produced the president or vice president since independence.
