Suspected Gilgo Beach killer Rex A. Heuermann engaged in 'disturbing' activity before his July arrest, Suffolk Police Commissioner Rodney Harrison said

"He's somebody that was still engaging in activity that was disturbing, be it his internet searches, be it engaging in other activities that he shouldn't be engaging in," Suffolk Police Commissioner Rodney K. Harrison told Newsday.
