Genesee Valley Central School holds 25th graduation ceremony
Forty-five students graduated from Genesee Valley Central School on Saturday

BELMONT — Forty-five students graduated from Genesee Valley Central School on Saturday, June 26 at the school’s 25th commencement ceremony.
Graduation took place under a tent on the soccer field with board members, school administrators, family, and friends in attendance.
Graduating senior Emera Aquila gave the official Class Welcome.
“Although we are not sure of where life will take us,” she commented, “we do know that everything we have been through has made us who we are today.”
Kayci Bigelow, daughter of Jennifer and Bill Bigelow, graduated as valedictorian with a 96.55 average. In her valedictory address, Bigelow encouraged her classmates to step out of their comfort zones as they head into the future.
