Meantime a Fox News alert. 14yearold suspect in the georgia high School Shooting Case expected to be in 90 minutes, meanwhile his father arrested on the most severe charges ever filed against a parent of an alleged school shooter. Hear the exchange he had with a concerned Sheriffs Officer last year. Brian and ice is confirming that venezuelan Gang Members arrested in aurora, colorado are here illegally and we were released by the Biden Harris Administration. In an hour and a half the teen accused of murdering two teachers and two students at Georgia High School is expected to make first appearance before a judge. Ainsley this comes after his father is arrested and charged in connection with with the shooting rampage. Steve Danamarie Mcnichol is live in winder, Georgia Outside of jail in the courthouse complex. And danamarie it sounds like the father is charged because he supplied the weapons that killed those people. Thats right. Details we learned last night. Now the teenager being tried as an adult, as you mentioned will make his first Court Appearance here at the courthouse. He is facing four charges of Felony Murder for killing those four individuals in an ar style weapon. That Law Enforcement said his father gave him as a christmas gift. These charges stem from mr. Gray knowingly allowing his son colt, to possess a weapon. Georgia Law Enforcement officials pulled 54yearold Collin Gray responsible for the tragedy that struck apalachee High School with the most severe charges alleged shooter. Second Degree Murder and cruelty to children. The 14yearold was on the Fbis Radar last year after tips came in about alleged plans for School Shooting. Local police visited the home and questioned the father and son, take a listen. Are they accessible to him . They are. I mean, there is nothing loaded, but they are down. He knows the seriousness of weapons and what they can do and how to use them and not use them. Its no joke. Well, we wouldnt be here if it was. I know we talk about it quite a bit. All School Shootings, things that happen. As police are also questioning the mother of Colt Gray who has a criminal history. She was charged with Family Violence and Drug Possession after being found with meth. We believe she is cooperating with this investigation. And, of course, this rural Georgia Community is mourning the loss of four people who were killed. Two 14yearold students and two teachers. Another 8 students and one teacher were also injured, but are expected to make a full recovery. And the shooter will not be here Marrow County Courthouse untilly but join first Court Appearance virtually at 8 30 this morning. Of course we will bring you details once we get them. Back to you. Apparently, one of the things that the father said, the dad said the Kid Cant really get the guns. The kid said i didnt make those threats on discord. The officer said listen, keep the guns under Lock And Key and keep the child out of school until this matter could be resolved. The problem was school was already out. The father also said he would be mad as hell if his son had made the online threats about a School Shooting because then, all the guns will go away he said. According to the New York times. Got one of the transcripts. Timeline was may of last year, 2023, when police did go to the Dads House and question him about these online threats that his son was allegedly making. And the dad said no, you heard the conversation. No, the guns, he has access to them but the guns dont have bullets in them. We are a big hunting family. I have pictures of the first time he shot his first deer this year. It was a celebratory event. He had blood on his face. Which is a tradition do you when you shoot your first deer and its a Bonding Experience for Dad And Son especially down south. But then, a few months later, its christmastime. Christmas of 2023. Last christmas. And the dad bought him a gun. And apparently police were saying thats the gun that was used here on this campus. Brian you talked to francey headaches earlier the former federal prosecutor how much trouble the dad is in. How he has second Degree Manslaughter charges. Now, here in georgia we have had negligent homicide, especially as it relates to children and crimes against children for many years now and so im not surprised that he is charged with these two counts of cruelty to children facilitated second Degree Murder if you will. And for that he is facing anywhere from 10 to 30 years in prison on each count remember ainsley while he said last year to investigators there are no bullets in the gun hesitate son is not allowed to legally purchase bullets. Ammunition in this Country Father had to not only supply the gun. Did it as soon as he was captured. Know the dad and what he was told. Have it on audio. Now we know he is in jail. Brian joining us now to expand on this general jack keane. General, your reaction to what the Prime Minister is saying . I thought the Prime Minister was very direct and also you know, very clear and the facts support what he is saying. The reason why we dont have a ceasefire is because of hamas, time and time again. I mean, the last time we had a Ceasefire And Release of the hostages was back in november. And then since december of last year, it has always been hamas walking away from the deal. And now most of their force has been destroyed but not all of it, a lot of their leaders are still alive. The Prime Minister has a three objectives that is destroy hamas as effective fire. And make sure they cannot attack again. He is about finishing off the destruction of hamas and making sure they Cant Attack again and also trying to get the hostages out. Where is sinwar . The only thing that sinwar wants is one thing. He wants the Israelis Out Of Gaza and a permanent ceasefire. And that is what is holding out for. And overwhelming majority of israeli people dont support that certainly the Prime Minister cannot support that under the current conditions. Because he knows full well they will regroup and reattack. Thats whats on his mind. And thats why the philadelphi corridor, the socalled 10 miles between the gaza and egyptian border is so important to him. Even those words werent in the last deal. What progress needs to be made for them to be successful . Well, certainly, when zelenskyy has already demonstrated to us when that is he clearly intends to put more pressure on russia, and certainly taking 500 square miles of territory in the Kursk Oblast better known as Province Seriousness of that intent. Also, he wants to be able to fire weapons into the Military Bases that are attacking him from raush into the Air Bases delivering these horrific attacks we have seen in the last two weeks. Its absolutely appalling that we are restricting him from doing something like that. Normally in warfare, the evading country attacks you, certainly have the right to go back and attack that evading country. I think thats what give members of the u. N. General strategic picture in terms of what he is about. He is not giving up this fight. He has proven that he can take the fight to the russians as well. And also desperately defend his own territory. So the russians dont take any more of it. He needs their help, continued u. S. And european and others other support.
