>> well i think it's pretty clear now that the young jocelyn, when she was adopted and kidnapped and taken under that bridge for a period of two hours, we know that she was in -- it appears that she was molested and she had her pants off her, her arms tide were hard -- we now know she had started along her back. and what the prosecutor will do now is the ada handling it will soon get swabs from both the defendants to see if their dna matches matters in our dna on jocelyn. and if there is evidence of sexual assault than it still a capital murder but then it becomes another eligible capital murder or medication we presented to a grand jury as a death eligible case but whether or not they actually seek that, i'm not done this myself, is you have the committee that he go through a whole host of issues, one of the most important factors is what family wants that what the family believes. but when you have a death penalty case, martha, he have to know that -- were talking about -- and it will take a long time to get justice he here. they will make sure that everything is done not only by the book as well, it should be because even prosecutors want to ensure that they get an -- it absolutely right but this case will not be resolved as quickly as we needed to be resolved. what i think the aurora -- overarching issue here is that -- i've been saying this for years, i want to know who's a pedophile. i want to know, you know, who's a thief. i want to know who the murderer, i gang member. and right now we are looking at evil. we are looking at predators who come into this country to continue to commit the crimes they committed in in other countries and we've seen it womb and will been murdered in their own countries whether it's brazil or i think the last one was venezuela. and then they come here and do the same thing again. this is now a public safety issue because the first order of government is the protection of its people and what joe biden is doing to make this administration is not venting and if you recall with the guys from tajikistan they said oh, you know, there was no negative or smart negative figure -- derogatory information. you cannot call venezuela and say either way can you give us a wrap sheet on this guy piña and brondello. are not getting this information and that's the panic back and people had! and this will be a nightmare not only for her mom but the whole family, the community -- it like you tossed a stone in a pond, the community is affected, the nation is affected now. this is our little girl. this is a little girl who was in a place she had a right to be with two man who both had ankle monitors on couple did not have a right to be here but for the biden administration saying over there seeking asylum. >> martha: that is what really stuck with me from the new information today. when you picture this person, monster is what he's being called crossing -- two of them, watching at el paso a meeting with a port -- border patrol first -- i feared for my life in venezuela." and because we cannot push them back across the border, right, because they have the right to come here and claim asylum that gives them free rain in the country and their catch and release but this idea that this is the american ideal that were supposed to allow people in to the country and without venting, based on a, you know, sentence -- "well i just feared for my life in venezuela." >> judge jeanine: and it's more than that. the truth is that joe biden change 64 executive orders. the day he came in, he opened the borders. joe biden has allowed this, this is all on joe biden because americans right now want to be secure. you want to make sure that their children and their families are not subjected to this. nobody is banning these people. >> martha: here's mayorkas just on the way out here. really, rightfully, saying we have reversed so many of the trump administration's immigration laws and couldn't even tell you all of them. watch this. >> we have rescinded so many trump immigration policies it would take so much time to list them. >> martha: what kind of moment do you expect to see the debate around this story perhaps on thursday night? this point? >> and went over in october just a few months ago, martha, and have to admit i felt quite an easy myself. the security services are cracking down on american companies, american tourists. is a very important place to visit compared to the past. was actually happening here is the career ambassador telling the truth oversee highly frustrated by his two years there. he is exposing joe biden's china policy is not working and this is happening on the eve of the presidential debate where cnn, you know, probably has as a question about china that -- but this interview is really quite extraordinary. no nick marin very well, he's a highly regarded professional career officer. no doc in the political fight i'm sure he'll vote for biden but this revelation that biden's china policy is feeling and were being treated very badly, it highly damaging to the biden campaign. be surprised if antony blinken and dixilyn aren't on the phone right now with nick burns saying take it back backup piggyback actually that relations with china are good. but, of course, won't do that because he's an honest man. >> you know, we don't hear a lot about china from this administration, about a strategy to deal with them win were clearly in a cold war as we have outlined in your book. let's take a flashback. this was president biden in 2019 and then in 2021. watch this. >> president joe biden: china is going to eat our lunch? come on, man. not bad folks, folks are met but guess what? not -- there in competition with us. >> president joe biden: i was on the phone with two straight hours with xi jinping. if we don't get moving backward to eat our lunch. >> martha: you're reaction to that, sir? >> by then promise -- already understand that the -- you want to have global -- not the dollar. dumont do not answer questions from the covid virus. they want things their way. and trump did a really excellent job at dealing with xi jinping in person, by letter, by phone and getting results. he actually had negotiations, talks, written agreements, biden has done none of that. so and elevate i would be surprised if there -- cnn tried to conceal all of this and doesn't ask both men what is your china policy and especially with biden why is china so angry towards you that they're having military maneuvers -- to antagonize china? >> it was amazing. my pants -- dry the forest has always been a big deal for, my grandparents actually served in world war ii. my uncle in vietnam. so we've always gotten together as a family and it's been an awesome day. and then my brother was, like, we should just do this for everybody. and we were okay you know what? we should. and so it was a huge success okay they just can't -- kept coming and coming. it was awesome. >> martha: to me why this is special for you and what kind of things -- how many people are coming this time? how you control, you know, the size of this crowd at lockdown at your family property? >> last year was big. we had hundreds. this year were expecting allison's. yeah, it's hard to manage that because we want to be open to the public and we want to be -- -- and to just come and want to listen and learn about jesus and to see that that movement and their life was so powerful and were so excited. we know it's going to be even bigger and better and we give all the glory to god before, you know, talk to me about the worship services some people are baptized at this event. how many people do you remember chose to be baptized last time of this event. >> so last year we had over 50 baptisms out there which is powerful. >> it's cool because there's okay a lot of people who are already, you know, and church and stuff but there's a lot of people that come just because they like our family and there, like, oh man this is like a really cool spiritual extremes and then it changes their life forever which is awesome. >> martha: it's incredible. just, you know, how are you going to manage the thousands of people? i mean, are you sort of approaching it differently given the numbers your likely to get this time around? >> were just trusting the lord and we have some awesome people that are helping us doing it caillouet and, you know, i think it's just going to be bigger and better. we kind of plan for this to get -- >> we have lots of volunteers and a lot of people coming to help and were really not that scared -- were not really scared about the numbers were super excited to be able to mingle. that's what we love to do. the robertson family, we love jesus and we love sharing jesus with others and this is just a way to do that with our platform. >> martha: i think that's fantastic. you also have a new brave book out called "dear vallar," and they'll be reading -- there will be readings of the book and the kids will be -- i went through it today is very inspiring and it is not -- about -- about an option which is a huge part of your family and your larger family as well. tell us about it. >> yeah, so "dear vallar? is a tiger and he is adopted by a lien, you were not an author. just early sweet story about adoption and unconditional love by third families, extended families in this knowing that, you know, can be different and -- and integrating in the family and at your many can love you unconditionally no matter what no matter where you come from and is this really asked sweet story for children. >> martha: jeff, you know, you've experienced in your family. what do you want people to understand about adoption when phishing before we go today? >> it's not -- three out of the four brothers we all adopted so it's just been something that, you know, always been super big to us and i actually work with a charity that we do international adoptions. so i'm always going to talk about a. is always an amazing thing to do and, you know, i hope more people do it. >> martha: is a beautiful story and it's so great to have both of you with us today. i hope its a fantastic event that honors freedom, country and jesus christ at log town at the robertson family home and property. jeff and jessica, thank you so much for joining us today. the book is called "dear vallar and it's published by brave books like my yahoo centre's pictures and videos. >> will do. >> think you for having us. >> martha: have a wonderful fourth of july. now we have a special birthday salute a world war ii hero but gas returns 100 today. he had a head start and celebrated this past weekend. he earned the bronze star for his combat actions and friends enrolled were two. he helped liberate the knockout concentration temperament of spoken with him several times over the years and met with him again in normandy as we marked the 80th anniversary since d-day. >> martha: what is your message, you know, people back home watch this and they see all of you here at this event. what do you want them to understand, what you want them to remember? >> first of all that it happened, you know. and why it happened. what a sacrifice it was for them and many of them didn't make it. they're not here family were killed. >> martha: when you came, did you feel that victory was inevitable, or were you concerned that you could come here and it might not work? >> no for some reason, i guess it was useful optimism -- useful -- within come here to lose, we came to win.
