outside of work, they are people like the rest of us. they come home to families and they have kids and they have wives and family to come home to. and they just go to work, unfortunately, in their line of work, their life is put at risk everyday to help others, where most of us don't have to experience that. i wanted to come on today, this has become such a public event and i really wanted to like i said, let everyone know that it is so personal to us and we lost the rock of our family in addition to the community losing a detective. >> ainsley: jacqueline, you are raising three daughters. who he was as an officer, a friend, a father, a husband. important things about what makes a man a man. countless messages pouring in as this police department grieves loss of this great man. she was so strong in that interview with you all. she wants people to know. i marvel as people who can go on tv after somebody they love passes away, they put their strength out there to honor who he was as a person. >> steve: she did it because she knows him better than anybody. like she said, he was her best friend and that is the ultimate way to pay tribute to that life l lost. >> ainsley: police it clear about the first amendment. this is a presidential race and he is leading candidate, you can't gag that person, she made it clear, they are going back again for it. >> steve: bad news for joe biden, running against donald trump, remember last year u.s. supreme court said joe biden, your administration cannot forgive billions of dollars of student loan debt and they kicked that to the curb. number of months ago, he said, he would forgive lotses more. yesterday federal judges in kansas and missouri temporarily blocked parts of joe biden's nup student loan repayment plan, the save act, it is referred to. it runs course through the courts. in march and april, attorney general from a number of states sued administration saying you can't do that, its had to be approved by congress. judges said, we'll put it on pause until the courts figure it out. >> ainsley: attorney general andrew bailey posted this on x with a picture of him in service. he said the student loan lawsuit is personal, excellent point. he's referring to the gi bill. you serve or parents that serve can pass on because of their service their gi bill. why do ivy league people get this for free, i could have died in combat and i have to work for this. it is a valid point. my question and maybe you know this. you have been seeing on social media, students post online their stuff has been paid off, yet challenges are happening in the court system. what is going to happen? do they pay it back if the court strike it down? >> steve: borrowers will make the payments, the reason people are posting, look what joe the whole day crying when donald trump won. then there were covid lockdowns and the blm riots and she woke up and joined new york young republican club and now i'm voting for trump. >> lawrence: here are the young women. >> i grew up in the social media culture very dominated by left wing propaganda, for lack of a better word, pushed to me and i accepted it and accepted it wh wholeheartedly, i loved it. i was into it until i started to come out of it and realize a lot of what i believed was very emotional and not based on logic or fact. i will be voting for dovenald trump in november, we can't have four more years of what has been going on. >> i surrounded myself with a lot of democrats and was in that culture. it was normal for me. i know i won't be voting for joe biden, we can't have another four years of open aboborders a things of that nature. >> lawrence: a problem for joe biden. you have young voters that are going to switch their vote to donald trump or potentially may stay at home. they are saying they are definitely not going to vote for him. >> ainsley: that helps trump, trump's base does not change, these are progressive or liberals that said, we don't like our candidate. we are not going to vote. >> steve: figure on thursday night if donald trump brings it up, it was struck down. then joe biden is going to say, there are working class families i'm trying to help and darn republican attorney generals in all states have stopped it. >> ainsley: that is biden's problem and you interviewed a guy from harvard complaining about the protest eers at columa not being prosecuted. he said, i'm jewish, life-long democrat and i can't find myself voting for biden. >> lawrence: anticipation for the presidential debate coming up thursday. i will be at a dine r. >>
