(car engine revs) (engine accelerating) (texting clicks) (tires squeal) (glass shattering) (loose gravel clanking) mark: will come back america. the bottom line to me as we have a set of protections for defendants and due process. most, if not all from my perspective are being breach we have a protection for presidents and former presidents. they are creating issues of first impression and ruling against donald trump. they are trying to get it all packed in before the election or during the course of the election before there can be a final appeal to a supreme court to make a final decision. what is your take? >> i think thatthink that's rigy transparent. the starting point for everything is the creativity of a prosecutors may be the most important types of cases in our country's history. we should not see creativity we should not see them struggling to come up with the theory that probably won't work when it was safe to getting the conviction until the narrative they want to tell about generally six. the problem is there's a lot of tolerance for it in the courthouse when it comes to donald trump. and so may be unfortunate if you are in defense you're playing a long game creating the record, hoping at some point the supreme court will get a top opportunity to look at singular treatment and singular creativity and shoot it down. mark: the irony here is all this trust and talk about donald trump and her friend with the election trying to affect the outcome of the election. the fact of the matter is donald trump did not lift a finger of presidential power to prevent the election. to prevent the outcome of the election. he didn't call in the military, the fbi, or dhs to change anything. he left office when he was supposed to leave office for the offer than the national guard, they did not take the national guard. he is not charged officially with insurrection even though they are trying to do it to the back door in my opinion. all of these things he claim he is, and he did he did not do they cannot prove that he did it. of due process and protection to take away his first amendment free-speech rights bu predict be away six amendments, the right to counsel because they are forcing a trial down counsel's throat and five extraordinary months. these are all extreme, extraordinary rulings for one purpose and that is this in my view if you think donald trump is hitler or mussolini or stalin or is a dictator this is all the media. and execute people we heard on msnbc you will have to do whatever you have to do even if you are a judgment at every case he gets a obama or biden appointed judge last word?
