>> brian: here is the difference in the national poll. trump, despite 91 charges and four indictments is a choice even when you break it down of the majority of the american public so far as we look at it. >> lawrence: recap in nevada, biden won this by 3 points, a couple thousand separate georgia and arizona and then you got wisconsin that he won by one point. three points in michigan and then 2 points in pennsylvania. >> brian: right now this is the only place that biden is winning. how extraordinary is. this georgia is suing him by the way after the way he acted after losing the election, i'm talking about the president of the united states. and the people of georgia said i would rather have him than joe biden. there is some mulligan, some outliers that are really going to mess with this race. >> lawrence: well, because you have got some folks that are gonna want to be disrupters in the race. >> brian: outside the major party. >> lawrence: r.f.k. said i tried to do it within the democratic party. i tried to work with you guys so you all pushed me out so i'm. in apparently 24% support in six swing states. >> brian: i don't want to run as no labels. i'm going to run as r.f.k. jr. i don't want the green label. this is the highest mark for an independent candidate since ross perot before he dropped out and got back in. he would end up with 20% of the vote. guess who else is in. >> lawrence: jill stein ran before nominee for the green party before wig problem democratic party in the arab community. she is supposed to get some of those antiwar folks. >> it was cornel west green party. he said i don't want to be part of the green party. put it this way. so close even .05% that could make a difference. >> lawrence: big news last week was joe manchin saying look, i'm done. we already know jim justice, the governor there is now running for the senate. he is leading by 30 points in the polls. now, apparently, joe manchin is going to go on a talk tour across the country. many people think he is going to run under no labels. >> brian: run under no labels. he would love that under the press conference to announce no labels. governor huntsman somebody else that would do it. governor manchin is known by everyone. republicans feel like he let them down by not staying with them against all democratic legislation and the democrats feel like he let them down by not letting joe biden run wild. here's the thing with joe manchin. in particular. don't tell me that age is a problem and vote for joe manchin. he is 76, trump is 77. biden is 81. so he has got plenty of energy, smart guy. likeable guy. i just don't know if he has the constituency and we want to be the guy to be the one who knocks joe biden out of the white house? >> lawrence: remember, this all matters because 70% -- over 70% of democrats say they want a different candidate on their ticket. all right. this leads to how this was going to impact everyone. and you remember, brian, because i was born in 1992. ross perot. and the big impact that he made on the election. >> brian: right. the giant sucking sound is this whole nafta and jobs going to south of the border. he was 100 percent right. then he had a meltdown in june. got back in to the race. he didn't get any electoral votes but got 20% of the vote. this guy is the al gore spoiler. >> lawrence: ralph nader got 97,000 votes in florida that turned that over and hurt al gore. >> brian: the theory is that those democrats would have voted -- those voters that voted for nader would have voted for al gore. finally a jill stein, hillary clinton blames her. >> lawrence: hillary didn't want to go to all these swing states. she didn't want to go to michigan, pennsylvania, jill stein on the ground, brian, now she is running again. >> brian: jill stein is somebody that that hillary clinton firmly believes is the reason why donald trump became president then again i don't mean to digress she always said donald trump was illegitimate president she said russia put him there. talk about being a sore loser. >> lawrence: international tour, acting as if he is already the commander-in-chief, brian. >> brian: right. so here is some of the states that gavin newsom has traveled to in the past. goes over to israel and stops by china where he hit a child playing basketball. he also seemed to, he got the red carpet treatment over there. he tend to ignore the fact that china has got a bunch of uyghurs who are living through the horrible existence of genocide. also the way they are tracking down in that country become a hard enemy of ours, competitor of ours. gavin newsom says look at me i would love to be a chinese first president here is he showing compassion. if anything should happen to joe, i'm ready to go. senator fetterman says he believes newsom is running already. >> lawrence: this doesn't look good for joe biden whether it's the swing states polling or the fact that other candidates are already exploring it. we don't know. we will see what happens. brian. >> brian: what does van jones, what does david axelrod and tim ryan all v. in common? all three are democrats and all said said joe should not run. all right. that's a quick look at the 2024. now that the off year elections are done. coming up straight ahead, this story. a california sheriff is taking on target after the store prevented his deputies from doing their job. his message for the retail giant to prevent shoplifting. >> lawrence: plus, arkansas governor sarah huckabee sanders joins us next hour after her big endorsement of president donald trump. stay with us. >> brian: period. ♪ burger and fries... soup and salad. like your workplace benefits and retirement savings. with voya, considering all your financial choices together can help you make smarter decisions. voya. well planned. well invested. well protected. if you struggle. and struggle. and struggle with cpap. you should check out inspire. no mask. no hose. just sleep. learn more and view important safety information at inspiresleep.com >> tech: cracked windshield on your new car?
