exchange fire on the northern and southern borders, the fighting in gaza, welcome to fox news live. i'm aishah hasnie. griff:here we go going jampacked. i am griff jenkins. there have been almost 50 attacks of us forces in iraq and syria since october 17th. hey, jeff. >> reporter: we hear outgoing forces late into the night. most of the intense face-to-face in and around gaza city, many of that region's maine medical centers, that's because the idf says that is where hamas is hiding out in these medical centers and intricate tunnel systems. fighting is happening near these medical centers. they deny the hospitals are under attack but heavy bombardment in the region in the last, impacting civilians, hospital staff and those who were injured. there are reports of power outages with fuel supplies running low to power the generators and resources like food and water becoming more scarce. those who are healthy enough to make the journey are heading to southern israel or southern gaza, estimated one hundred thousand people over the last two days have fled the fighting using the humanitarian core doors. israeli forces are targeting hezbollah weapons depots in lebanon after four israeli soldiers were hurt in drone and missile attacks. the israeli minister warned of a widening conflict. >> translator: i see the civilians of gaza walking with white flags along the coast. hezbollah is dragging lebanon into a war that may never happen it is making mistakes. if it will make such mistakes here, those who will pay the price would be the lebanese civilians. >> reporter: we should point out today marks five weeks since 200 people were taken from their homes in israel and kidnapped into gaza, very little effort or very little progress has been made to get those estimated 239 people currently being held hostage inside gaza. "america's weather weekend" jeff paul in southern israel, thank you. kelly: 56 servicemember's have been wounded including 25 who sustained traumatic brain injuries following strikes on the us military forces in a rack and syria that began october 17th. lucas tomlinson is live with the latest from wilmington, delaware. >> reporter: it is notable that all the american soldiers hurt in those strikes have returned to duty but in wilmington white house officials say they want to wrap up of this war as soon as possible, and in this interview with bret baer israel's prime minister benjamin netanyahu monitor how long they fell in recent resources. >> you fight isis, you fought al qaeda, i don't think it will take that long i any stretch of the imagination but however long it takes, we will do it. >> reporter: many believe it was saudi arabia's warming relations with israel, and that sparked the october 7th massacre from saudi and israel. it appears saudi and iran are working on closing ties, the big arab summit in riyadh put on pressure on israel to end the war against hamas and gaza. not arabs, iran's president is in saudi arabia for the first time in 11 years. mohammed bin solalman after th restored relations in march. president biden marked veterans day at national cemetery playing a wreath at the tomb of the unknown soldier. president biden then appeared confused after laying that wreath, executing an about-face back to the wreath before the army export, the first sergeant pointing back and taking his place online, biden spoke to the crowd and the nation. >> president biden: to all those grieving the loss of a loved one who wore the uniform, to all those with loved ones still missing or unaccounted for, i want to say to you we see you. we stand with you and we will not forget. >> reporter: president biden returned to the white house, coming to wilmington in a few minutes. he will give oppressed to -- a speech to the press before losing to marine one. aishah: thanks, lucas. the presidential candidates are very busy today on the campaign trail after sparring over us policy on israel and ukraine at the third gop presidential debate. we are joined by revoking president will candidate vivek ramaswamy who was on the ground in new hampshire. thank you for taking some time. let me get your reaction to what lucas was talking about. iran's president shaking hands, smiling and acting very friendly with the likes of mbs in saudi arabia as they, on israel for a cease-fire. give me your take on if you were president in this moment, how you would react to the message these arab muslim countries are sending the world in saudi arabia. >> reporter: my reaction is israel has a right to its own national self-defense and i don't want to see europe and the middle east or the un or the us for that matter get in israel's way of defending itself, give them a diplomat iron dome, they have a right to exist and to see them get the job done. one of the unspoken mistakes earlier this year was the discussion of the nuclear technology transfer in saudi arabia. it's an unspoken rolling catalyzing in the october 7th attack, and us policy mistake in healthy reminders of humanity that humility in foreign policy that what we want to the middle east we can be sloppy about it and haven't had great results to show and diplomatic leadership is what the us needs to focus on. aishah: you have been a critic of the us involvement in ukraine and the millions of dollars, billions we have been handing to this country. i want you to clear up this moment on the debate stage where it sounds like you call president zelenskyy a nazi. listen to this. >> ukraine is not a paragon of democracy. the comedian in cargo pants called zelenskyy, doing it in their own ranks. that's not democratic. aishah: do you really think he is a nazi? >> he was celebrating a nazi in his own ranks. people watching ukraine -- aishah: who was that? >> zelenskyy celebrated a nazi in the canadian parliament honored an individual who was a member of the nazi party in ukraine, zelenskyy spotted, recorded by the media applauding, when called out for he apologizes but this is part of a broader litany, this is not a paragon of democracy. they have banned opposition parties. they consolidated into one state media arm. the regions of ukraine that are occupied where they tried to ban the speaking of russian, regions that haven't been represented in ukraine's parliament for the last we 10 years, they said they won't hold elections unless the us forks over more money. this myth that this is a battle between good and evil just because putin is a dictator does not mean ukraine is good. that's a lie. the american people deserve the truth. now as we see the corruption of how our money has been spent, gone to ukrainian copter cretin a country known to be corrupt, it is interesting to see the people who were ukraine hawks earlier this year quietly tiptoeing back but that was one of the earliest critics of this war, critics of the justification for it from a us standpoint and i stand by my position that we need a reasonable deal that allows ukraine to come out with its sovereignty in tact, but at the same time gets russia to exit its military alliance with china and end of this war. that advances us interests. i'm the only candidate with a plan to do it. aishah: you talk about the ideological difference the gop currently faces about where they go as a party and one of the first things you said on the debate stage was you called veronica daniel -- for ronna mcdaniel to step down. listen to what she said on foxbusiness. >> 4%, he needs the headline. the rnc doesn't to state races for federal committee. i know vivek ramaswamy is new to the party, voted for obama, he may not know that. aishah: she takes a dig at you. respond to that. >> i will respond to it. it is shameful that the rnc first of all flat out lied on national television. i never voted for obama once in my life. it is pathetic, shameful and dishonest and automatically disqualifying for the rnc. a supposedly neutral arbiter, the chair hit me with a national falsehood like that, i would say that was false, damaging and malicious intent because she was somebody who was sitting in the audience during the debate, said the rnc wouldn't give me another cent because i called out her failures. it is not her money. in many ways day after day she is proving my point about the corruption of the rnc. people should judge based on the facts. i'm not a politician. i come from the outside, she took over in 2017, 2018-2220 her 2022, 2023 all disastrous for the republican party. she has to go, she's like a squatter in a rent controlled apartment. aishah: folks are looking at the debate performance and wondering where you trying to grab headlines by saying the things you were saying because of where your polling right now. how much money did you fund raise after in 24 hours after the debate? >> it is a metric, it was a lot more after the first -- aishah: santos and nikki haley raised a million dollars in 24 hours after. do you have a number? >> we raised a good amount after the third debate. i am writing big checks in this campaign, putting 8 figure additional checks in addition to 8 figures i already put in because i don't want to rely and bag. aishah: you can't to be the only one who votes for yourself. you need to have a base. >> we have a base of small dollar donors that if you want some hard facts, 40% of our six figure, $150,000 donors, first time ever donors to the gop, normally that's 2% for a republican candidate. i believe in accountability. rana is trying to deflect attention, she needs to step aside and re-sign. one of the main obstacles, there's a guy named drew mcquiston, cochair of the rnc with a great track record in south carolina before taking over as cochair earlier this year and could be interim chair until a proper meeting is had in january, next meeting of the rnc, last time when i meet dylan --hrmeet dhillon in january, it is telling when someone tries to behave like the party belongs to them versus responding to the results they are accountable for. aishah: one last question as we have to go. i asked you this at the debate in the spin room right after, why should the trump base, the people who are for the former president vote for you? because you told me you don't have many policy differences from the former president, you're almost a younger version of him. what happens if the former president shows up at the next gop debate next month. how do you separate yourself? >> there is one difference, i come from the next generation, 38 years old, the youngest person to run for us president as a republican. it take someone with fresh legs to take it to the next level. i won't be the same person 8 years from now that i am today but i have fresh legs today. i believe in the founding spirit of our country. thomas jefferson was 33 years old when he signed the declaration of independence. it takes somebody who's best days in life are still ahead to see a country whose death days are ahead of itself. i believe i have the spirit to reach the next generation, into this movement, we are just getting started and we will be successful. aishah: it doesn't seem to be happening. vivek ramaswamy, candidate for the presidential race. appreciate it. thank you. griff: texas forces continue facing a never ending surge in migrant encounters, bill melugin has the latest. >> reporter: typically, in texas over in arizona, as you are aware this is happening on the southern border so we want to take you to california. san diego county, large groups of migrants crossing illegally, they are starting campfires on the us side of the border in an extreme high risk burn area where it is dry and windy in california's prime wildfire season. the video, china, turkey, taking a chance for any young children or unaccompanied children because they didn't want to be in the elements but these crossings happening in texas, california and arizona. we talk about the human smuggling showing troopers and border patrol chasing human smuggling near the del rio area, stolen truck, one falls out all -- everybody bails out of that vehicle, looking at illegal immigrants running into the brush. they arrest them including the human smuggler. take a look at this video from a dps helicopter. a group of illegal immigrants hiding in the brush on the side of the road. the car pulls up and the human smuggler starts driving them away. dps was watching from in the air, they radio down at a true purple them over and arrest everybody. that is how human smuggling pursuits start. lastly, back to california once again for an enormous fentanyl bus to. the port of entry seizing 185 towns -- pounds of fentanyl, 40 packages, it is street value of $8 million, enough lethal doses to kill millions of people. it is killing tens of thousands of americans every year. griff: with no end insight. thank you. we are joined by republican congressman from texas, member of the homeland security committee, tony gonzalez. let's talk about the smuggling cases bill was showing, horrific, never stops and this week we had the tragedy of two americans from georgia killing your district in batesville, half an hour north of where you've seen us reporting in eagle pass. you are involved in this. talk about it. >> thank you for having the. me. i want to thank all the veterans out there. in the batesville area, we are seeing the cases haven't stopped. it reminds me a lot of it. it will get worse. to do something different, to not be the new normal on a regular basis. griff: the movement to impeach secretary mayorkas is growing. marjorie taylor greene has the resolution to do that. the question is have you had any conversations with the secretary about the crisis in your district and what does he have to say and are you interested in impeaching mayorkas? >> marjorie is a close friend of mine, the president of the district in eastville and i support the mission to impeach mayorkas. i also offered with that. something has to change. we are at a point, you know it all too well. in texas and arizona, these people were just traveling, in the administration, i urge i'll of that as all of my colleagues to impeach mayorkas. >> you were not supporting of impeaching mayorkas how you shifted your position, why? >> i've always been the mindset of solving problems but we are in a dead end. we are at the end of the rope. americans -- had to speak to the front of the victims, trying to get -- to move on to do that too and had enough and americans had enough and it is time to be accountable. griff: in the 30 seconds left, they tell me nationwide across the border since october 1st when the fiscal year began, there have been 80 iranians encountered, one hundred 40 syrians. as we watch what's playing out in israel how concerned are you we have a threat at the southern border? >> extremely concerned. the threats that happen are the threats at home. by changing what we are doing, is not working in a new direction. griff: thank you for your service. you are a veteran as well and served our nation. at your father's tombstone, thank you for your service. aishah: new york is cleaning up after a massive pro-palestinian rally flooding the streets of manhattan. we will bring that you and take it there live next. businesses need 5g solutions today. that's why they choose t-mobile for business. las vegas grand prix chose t-mobile to help power operations for one of the world's largest racing events. mlb partners with t-mobile to advance how the game is played. and t-mobile's network helps aaa stay connected nationwide... to get their members back on the road. now's the time to see what america's largest and fastest 5g network can do for your business. >> reporter: it was called flood manhattan for gaza and that is what we saw as thousands took to the city streets. at one point the largest transit hub behind me was brought to a standstill. it is demanding a cease-fire in the israel/hamas war. we saw signs, honor the martyrs of palestine, another one reading abolish the settler state. some in the crowd climbed on nearby structures to continue their chant like this man who got on top of the light pole. they made their way to grand central terminal as the crowd grew, the terminal was forced to temporarily close. the new york times building was vandalized with red paint which is supposed to symbolize blood. we asked people of israel has a right to defend itself from hamas, the terrorist group that took 200 hostage on october 7th. >> that's also a line where people are conflicted, at this .10,000 plus being killed and i don't think this one smaller section, the reality of people being killed. >> reporter: nypd tells us six were arrested during last night's demonstration. half were given core summons for disorderly conduct. some of the chants we are hearing at these rallies and demonstrations led to the suspension of two student pro-palestinian groups at columbia university. university leaders fighting an event held thursday which included threatening rhetoric and intimidation. griff: thank you. and police in london making 80 arrests in a massive pro-palestinian protest they are today. the rally could be one of the largest political marches in british history. molly line has more details. what can you tell us about london as we look at this shot? 6:30 almost at night. >> reporter: you mentioned pro-palestinian marchers taking to the streets in london, massive protests today calling for a cease-fire in gaza but what makes this protest unique is it coincided with armistice day. the british prime minister called that provocative and disrespectful but the marchers on the streets today said they felt it tied in very well because they are calling for peace. you mentioned 80 arrests were made. that's reported by metropolitan police to be from a group of counter protesters. protesters trying to engage with pro-palestinian protesters or go in areas police were working to protect today, most specifically under 24 hour guard today, a key british war memorial in the whitehall area of london. that area, pro-palestinian protesters, ultimately, dating their protest in front of the us embassy today so the metropolitan police could continue protecting that key war memorial. arrests were made because counter protesters were throwing bottles and objects at police and were aiming to keep the peace which they were aiming to do, tomorrow there are a number of verdicts in which the royal family and the king will be expected to participate so they continue keeping the peace. not all people as those counter protesters were taken into custody. griff: we apologize, we showed a live shot of protesters in tel aviv but you are looking now at the tape from london. thank you very much. aishah: democrats fearing president biden may soon face a new democratic challenger after an announcement just this week. more on that next. there's something going around the gordon home. good thing gertrude found delsym. now what's going around is 12-hour cough relief. and the giggles. the family that takes delsym together, feels better together. why didn't we do this last year? wes continues to be a battle for second in the gop nomination with the santos locked in the position he is the only military veteran in the race appeared former un abbasid nikki haley is rising to third and latest fox news power rankings. on this veterans day to nikki nikki haleyshared a photo of hed writing proud of my veteran them many men and women served to defend our freedom nikki haley's husband is currently on a year-long deployment. griff: alexandria hoff live with the latest at. aishah: more than 2024 election let's bring a political panel today. louisiana top radio host former dnc deputy secretary josé. thank you both general and for joining us on your saturday. we appreciate it. i want to start joe manchin news. all signs seem to be pulling to a third party presidential run we do not know those chances are it look like. i want to come to you first how worried should democrats be about this? it's very likely joe manchin could take votes away from the president. >> i disagree. i think but he is a smart man. i don't know about a third party. it's not realistic. [inaudible] aishah: or have low audio trouble with you josé it will quickly go to jeff here and have him respond i was actually thinking about this. i do not think leader chuck schumer in the senate has reacted to the news yet which is very unlikely of him we have not seen anything come out of his office yet and if i am sure, i'm sure they will correctly shortly here. let's look at the senate make up and pull up this a graphic and show the map of all the democrats that are up for reelection here. you are looking republicans are looking to slip one seats the three most vulnerable states are montana, ohio, west virginia republicans do have to keep their seats. but how worried should democrats be here? >> i should they should be extremely worried. joe manchin was going to lose anyway. he went west virginia by 40 points joe manchin is not popular he is losing to governor there he would have lost big time what he is trying to do is now parlay this into a potential run for president. joe biden has all of these these peoplerunning for presidee going to take votes away from. and i would think joe manchin is going to run. heat once the lime light in the recent chuck schumer hasn't said anything is chuck schumer can see his majority going bye-bye. there's going to be note democrat majority in the senate after the 2024 election. that is going to go republican these other seats you mentioned are going to go republican. chuck schumer is not going to be the majority leader after the 2024 election there is no way. too many other seats are vulnerable. too many of these are republican seats. you couldn't write west virginia off is going republican one 100% and you heard it right here joe manchin is going to run for president he loves the lime limelight. it's going to hurt joe biden even more. aishah: w we have the weights of the motivation as if he really thanks he can get anywhere with that run or if this is really just a strategy to get some attention may be write a book and sail off into the sunset being the real moderate as he wants to sell himself. josé, i want to come back to you because democrats are really making a push to put abortion on the ballot in his several key states in 2024 including arizona abortion is still a perplexing issue for republicans. how do you see this going? and do you think it will be on the ballot in the state like arizona? >> what i think this is a wake-up call for republicans. it looks to me they have not learned the big red wave was calm i think republican should understand they h heed what they want to do. they should sit down hard and reflect on their messaging and what they want to watch a highly respond to that. this is an issue for republicans they have not quite figured out how to tackle this head on. the republican candidates on the debate stage were bringing the same point. they have to figure this out. >> i think it is easy that dobb's decision, send it back to the states and then republican should trust the voters and all the states across the country for they will make the decision best for their state. here in louisiana we have no abortion allowed except for the life of the mother print other states have exceptions. other states allow it to different degrees during the pregnancy. it's up to the voters of those states and that's what any republican should be four-point let the people in the very states make the decision. but another factor in h our loss on tuesday was horrible leadership by rod at mcdaniel we need a new leader for the rnc. republicans are going to keep losing with the same sort of leaders and that is going to be a big discussion going forward, it is the rnc need a new leader and i say yes she has got to go she keeps losing. >> sounds like vivek ramaswamy has convinced you and we will see if he convinces anymore republicans out there. jeff and josé thank you so much for joining us gentlemen we appreciate have a good weekend. >> thank you. >> meanwhile we are watching this one very closely house republicans are about to hold a pretty big conference call to talk about speaker mike johnson's plan to avoid a government shutdown. the clock is ticking we are just about less than a week away from government funding is set to expire on friday at midnight. so far we have no clear idea of what they are going to present possibly a continuing resolution. possibly a ladder continuing resolution will speak with speaker johnson comes up with will see if they can get a vote as early as tuesday in the house. griff: what is the plan? that is the question. meanwhile two teachers have been ousted from a los angeles charter school for a lesson that caught taught quote genocide in palestine. that is next. okay everyone, our mission is to provide complete, balanced nutrition for strength and energy. yay - woo hoo! ensure, with 27 vitamins and minerals, nutrients for immune health. and ensure complete with 30 grams of protein. (♪) (christmas music) boone and i've lost 60 pounds on. (guitar music) with other programs i've tried in the past they were unsustainable, just too restrictive. with golo i can enjoy my food and the fear and guilt of eating is gone. griff: or charter school in los angeles look at a jewish synagogue is under fire after two teachers taught a lesson on quote genocide in palestine to first graders christina coleman is live with the latest on this story, hey christina. >> hi griff to first grade teachers were posted after assuring controversial lessons with young kids. one of the teachers documented their action on social media ktla reports during a news conference yesterday senior rabbi freddy portion of the teacher's iteachers instagram pd the teacher said quote i did eight lesson on the genocide in palestine today with my first graders he also wrote my fave was a kid who was like what they just gave the land back to palestine and find someone else to live? then the teacher allegedly ended the post with a heart and moji. some parents learned about the lesson after their children came home upset about the conflict in gaza by the school executive director to the teachers were not fired but they were removed as administrators investigate the situation. >> let me be clear citizens of the world unequivocally denounces hamas. see wc unequivocably condemns the social media p posed by our staff members including the use of the word a genocide to describe israel action. >> phrases such as genocide are specific historical meanings and carry with them deep trauma. particular to to the jewish people. >> a charter school rents space at a synagogue the senior rabbii there said the charter school principal also e-mailed e-mail e concerns from certain teachers over the israeli flags that were hunt at the synagogue following the october 7 hamas attacks he said the principal asked him how long the flags would be up buried the rabbi explained her question was offensive and insensatincentive equated to asg americans or take down the u.s. flags that were immediately hung around the country after the 911 attacks that principal has since apologized and is reportedly taking to weave week leave of absence for sensitivity training. >> alright chriall right christn but the latest thank you. aishah: coming up how you can help make a difference this veterans day we are back with make camo your cause, next too. s and you've been the wife at home, or you've been the spouse at home, you understand what i'm talking about. your spouse has earned the right to apply for a va home loan. the newday 100 loan allows you to borrow up to 100% of your home's value. so if you're in a situation where you need some help financially, give us a call. when you're ready to begin treatment for chronic lymphocytic leukemia, calquence helps you do the fighting. and you can do the exploring. you can do the splashing... ...the sightseeing... ...and the playing. calquence is an oral targeted therapy for cll. more patients begin with calquence than any treatment of its kind, and calquence is proven to work better than chemoimmunotherapy in patients with previously untreated cll. calquence may cause serious side effects, which may lead to death. these include serious infections with fever, chills, or flu-like symptoms; and bleeding problems that may increase with blood thinners. decreased blood counts are common and can be severe. new cancers have happened, including skin cancers. heart rhythm problems with fast or irregular heartbeat, dizziness, feeling faint, chest discomfort, or shortness of breath, have happened. tell your doctor if you have bleeding, heart rhythm, or liver problems; infection, or if you are or plan to be pregnant or breastfeeding. calquence helps you do the fighting. and you can focus on the things you're loving. ask your doctor if calquence is right for you. aishah: today's a big dates veterans day we are honoring all of the brave men and women who have served our country for the annual veterans day parade in new york city took place this morning you are looking at it right there with representatives marching from every branch of the military. every generation of service since world war ii we are honoring them. thank you to all who have served. >> and making camo up my cause progress i'm making camo might cause progress we are making camo o hour because the progress you're making camel our caused regrets we are making camo our cause. >> this veterans day i making camo my cause with you? i will indeed u.s. vets is working to combat americans veteran homelessness crisis through its make camo your cause campaign. donations go toward providing housing, mental health services career programs to support veterans. you can scan the qr code right here on your screen and now to donate and for more on the sip important because peter joins us now is an outreach specialist for u.s. vets washington d.c. he is also an air force veteran. thank you peter for your service to our nation projects absolutely thank you for having a griff how are you? >> i am great at so important to have the segment and let you talk to our viewers. this issue matters the word of veteran and homeless should never be in the same sentence ever. we heard president biden talking at arlington national cemetery in the sacred obligation we have as a nation to provide and support those that answer the nation's call. talk to me about your involvement with u.s. vets? >> yes absolutely. i am an outreach specialist or r the dmv area for our d.c. location. i am out there every day in the streets seeing these men and women who have risen their right hand at one time and swore an oath to the constitution to protect it under enemies foreign and domestic. but, they come home in the streets they swore to protect they are now sleeping on them that is not something we should have been a nation like this to have our veterans sleeping on the streets. griff: the # is honor our vets honor u.s. vets you have it on your t-shirt. but a lot of americans particular those who do have a servicemember in the family do not understand the challenge of serving overseas. being deployed and then coming home and separating from the military paid civilian life the transition itself can be very hard and unfortunately many vets find themselves unable to deal with it and find themselves homeless. how much of a problem is it nationwide? >> is quite a problem as i said earlier even one is too many. in transitioning from the military, your transitional plan isn't to be homeless at any point. no one chooses to be homeless. i've had the opportunity to meet a lot of different individuals and they are all phenomenal people. there are two commonalities that they were veterans and they don't have the plan to be homeless. we just tried to make that opportunity to get them back on their feet and give them a future that's worth the effort they had made pickwick to peter in the time we've got left on show the graphical more time. 7% you see it there veterans account for approximate 7% of all homeless adults in the u.s. which is a 20 or 30 seconds we've got left is that acceptable? >> no, not at all. homelessness again is an issue. and even in the dmv area here specifically i am seeing it every day. it takes a lot of effort to try and help get them back on their feet. and let them live dignified lives just as they were in uniform. six is honor u.s. investment camo your cause. thank you for your service this veterans day thank you for being here. >> caller: we have got camo guilt free it's important to get you camo it up as well it's a great show. thanks for all of us here "fox news live" will continue with eric and arthel i am griff jenkinson. aishah: happy veterans day, thank you to all of the veterans. las vegas grand prix choose t-mobile for business for 5g solutions. because t-mobile is helping power operations and experiences for hundreds of thousands of fans with reliable 5g connectivity. now's the time to accelerate your business. my most important kitchen tool?
