John the doj has asked the judge noreika to vacate the Plea Agreement but Hunter Bidens defendant said defendant through counsel accepted the prosecutors invitation to discuss in settlement negotiations they understood would resolve the governments fiveyear investigation as is customary in negotiated resolutions, prosecutors not the defendant or his counsel proposed and largely dictated the form and content of the plea and Diversion Agreement.
