No new cases in Nobles County

REGIONAL — Four more Cottonwood County residents and four more Pipestone County residents received positive COVID-19 results during the 24-hour period that ended at 4 p.m. Wednesday, according to this morning’s update from the Minnesota Department of Health.
Meanwhile, there were two new cases each in Jackson and Murray counties, as well as one new case each in Rock County and no new cases in Nobles County. There were 1,661 new cases statewide during the single-day reporting period.
The cumulative total of confirmed positive COVID-19 cases in Minnesota now stands at 584,227 (positive and antigen tests), with 563,364 beyond the 10-day isolation period. Thus far, 41,759 Minnesota health care workers have contracted the virus.
