JJ Watt signed a two-year, $31 million deal with the Arizona Cardinals,
Josh Reed, WIVB sports director in Buffalo made a tweet alleging that he had had a conversation with a former Texans coach who had made damning remarks towards Watt.
Reed tweeted that the former coach who was apparently on the staff during Watt’s years in Houston told Reed of Watt:
"He's selfish, only cared about his stats", "he does a lot of things that hurts the defense", "he hurt us more than he helped us",
and
"I wouldn't want him.”
The coach wasn’t named in the tweet, and Reed hasn’t made a follow-up tweet with any more details regarding the comments, but Reed began the tweet with a
