Former D.C. Everest teacher pleads guilty in 'upskirting' case

MADISON - A former D.C. Everest teacher charged with taking videos of students pleaded guilty Thursday in federal court to producing child pornography. 
Travis C. Greil, 39, of Wausau said he used an iPad to make videos and take photos under students' clothing, commonly referred to as "upskirting."
In February 2020, a student reported to the school liaison officer that she believed Greil had filmed up her skirt while she was standing next to his desk, according to a news release from the U.S. Attorney's Western District of Wisconsin's Office. 
Greil submitted a letter of resignation to the D.C. Everest Area School Board on Feb. 19, 2020.
