Ex-East Rockaway attorney Bret Votano sentenced to jail time for defrauding 5 clients during real estate deals, Nassau DA says

Nassau prosecutors said Bret Votano, who has been disbarred, stole the funds from escrow accounts during real estate transactions he handled through his company, Votano Law Group, PLLC,  from 2016 to 2019.
