Flooding forces closure of Labour Ministry's downtown Kgn office

The Ministry of Labour and Social Security is reporting that its Harbour Street office in downtown Kingston has been closed to the public due to flooding caused by heavy rains associated with Tropical Storm Elsa, which impacted the island over the weekend.
The Ministry, in a statement on Monday, said the office will be reopened for business on Tuesday, July 6.
It has apologised for any inconvenience caused.
Tropical Storm Elsa caused widespread flooding to both buildings and roads in several parishes.
Among the affected areas, a video circulating on Sunday showed that the Newport West Police Station suffered flooding.
