福州：非遗立法，拯救 被遗忘 的技艺 - 文教

刀挫开软木，凿出薄片、圆点、发丝一样细的长条，切掉带孔的废料，用镊子将圆点点上建筑的屋檐……通过工匠娴熟的技艺，用软木做出的山水、园林、花鸟、亭台楼阁、花草树木栩栩如生。今年4月底，《福州市软木画技艺保护规定》《福州市闽剧保护传承规定》同时提交福州市人大常委会会议初审，得到了常委会组成人员和列席人员的高度关注。
