Samer was more than just a well-dressed regular, though. He had that same sort of magnetism I’ve mentioned of my previous subjects, but like a good majority of our customers, he didn’t work in fashion. We dive in in more detail below, but at the time, Samer worked for the International Rescue Committee, helping refugees and displaced peoples find their way to stability. It’s rare to find someone in Samer’s field dressed to the nines in designer gear. While humanitarian work and fashion might seem disjointed at a surface level, Samer is proof they need not be. One just needs to pay attention to the correct designers and their practices.
