The San Antonio Planning Commission issued a variance in the city’s tree ordinance for land in the Crescent Hills subdivision. Two marked trees are seen Wednesday, Jan. 27, 2021 on Crescent Hills Subdivision land, which sits near the northwest corner of Loop 410 and Old Pearsal Road on the city’s West Side.
