FBI: Mexican officials arrest wrong man in 18-year-old rape case involving Fort Smith girl

FORT SMITH -- Mexican law enforcement authorities released a man arrested May 5 in connection with the rape of a Fort Smith girl after learning they had arrested the wrong man.
