Effort to steal the election from President Trump. As we started investigating, both our investigations and the very patriotic and brave american citizens that have come forward are extraordinary, extraordinary number of people, extraordinary number of witnesses. And what emerged very quickly is if not a singular voter fraud in one state. This pattern repeats itself in a number of states, almost exactly the same pattern which to any experienced investigator, prosecutor would suggest that there was a plan from a centralized place to execute these various acts of voter fraud specifically focused on big cities and specifically focused on, as you would imagine, big cities controlled by democrats. And particularly focused on big cities that have a long history of corruption. The number of voter fraud cases in philadelphia could fill a lie lie library. Lou giuliani uncitiesed that it is that insisted that it is statistically impossible for joe biden to have pulled ahead in key battleground states as he did, arguing mailin ballots were particularly prone to fraud. Giuliani also pointed to the more than 1,000 affidavits that the Trump Legal Team has gathered, many of which describe republican poll watchers who were denied the ability to oversee the vote count in democratic strongholds. These people are under penalty of perjury. Their names are on an affidavit. They swear that they werent allowed to carry out their function of inspecting. And its not just a technical thing. Theres a reason they did it. Why wouldnt you allow inspections of those ballots . Because you knew you were going to use those ballots to catch biden up. Lou President Trumps attorneys say they can prove all legal ballots were used to inflate bidens vote tally in georgia, in pennsylvania, in michigan, in wisconsin, nevada and arizona. The legal team also expects to file new lawsuits in arizona, georgia, wisconsin, perhaps even virginia and new mexico. Thats in addition to the 20 lawsuits that are now being litigated but the campaign or Republican Party attorneys. Another issue at the center of todays News Conference, the use of dominion Voting Machines and Smartmatic Software. Defense Attorney Sidney Powell cited a whistleblowers stunning affidavit. It says smartmatics technology was used to rig elections in venezuela, it is now in the, quote, dna of every votetabulating companys software and system. Smart mat ific and thing and on smartmatic and dominion deny those charges. But Sidney Powell argues that algorithms in the Smartmatic Software were used to change results in the president ial election. The software itself was created with so many variables and so many back doors that can be hooked up to the internet or a thumb drive stuck in it or whatever. But one of its most characteristic features is its ability to flip votes. It can set and run an algorithm that probably ran all over the country to take a certain percentage of votes from President Trump and flip them to President Biden which we might never have uncovered had the votes for President Trump not been so overwhelming in so many of these states that it broke the algorithm that had been plugged into the system. And thats what caused them to have to shut down in the states they shut down in. Thats when they came in the back door with all the mailin ballots, many of which they had actually fabricated. She will be providing more details on how dominion vote machines and Smartmatic Software were used to help joe biden. Action taken by the Trump Campaign in the state of wisconsin, they have filed for a recount in two of the states largest counties. Correspondent mike tobin has the latest for us this evening from chicago. Mike . Reporter hi there, lou. Ballots from both milwaukee and dane county have been taken to the Wisconsin Center in milwaukee for the recount to begin tomorrow. Meantime, President Trump just about 20 hours ago rekindled an old argument about ballots in milwaukee with a tweet writing biden receives a dump of 143,379 votes at 3 42 a. M. That was because county finished for 169,000 absentee ballots and the democratic stronghold of milwaukee just before 3 30 a. M. , they were loaded onto a drive and included in the total. Rudy giuliani claims more than 100,000 absentee ballots were issued without voters requesting and filling out an application in milwaukee and dane counties. That would violate Wisconsin Law and invalidate the vote. Take away any number of those in that 20,000 league disappears. In other words, if you count the lawful votes, trump won wisconsin by a good margin. Reporter meganing wolf, the administrator for the wisconsin election commission, says if there were more absentee ballots than requests for absentee ballots, that would have shown up in the canvass which was just completed, and it will show up in the recount. The recount starts at 9 a. M. Tomorrow. There will be 134 counting stations, two counters per table. Three observers, plexiglas are separate them. Any of the machines are not dominion. The bill for the recount is estimated at 2. 8 million, just shy of 3 per registered voter. Lou . Lou mike tobin, or thank you so much. Mike tobin reporting. Election officials in georgia are expected to release a report tonight, a report on the states hand recount results. The recount has produced 6,000 previously uncounted ballots in four counties. President trump gained 1400 votes among those and now trails joe biden by fewer than 13,000 votes. President today tweeted almost zero ballots rejected in georgia this election. In years past that number was close to 4 . Not possible. Must have signature check on envelopes now. Very easy to do, dems fighting because they got caught. Far more votes than needed for flip. Are palins must get tough republicans must get tough. Well, Stacey Abrams weighing in on the recount in her state. Abrams says President Trump should acknowledge the legal sufficiency of the election as she did in 2018. Abrams has, in point of fact, never, never conceded her race against brian kemp for governor which leads us to the lou dobbs tonight quote of the day. Here is abrams on viacoms cbs last year explaining why she refused to concede. Why havent you conceded. Because concession means to say that the process was fair. But when i run an organization that in ten days between Election Night and the night i refused to concede, we received more than 50,000 phone calls of people who were denied the right to vote. I am complicit if i say that that system is fair. Lou that just about says it all, doesnt it . About Stacey Abrams, about the importance of not conceding. Lou breaking news now, dominion votg systems today once again distanced itself from smartmatic saying dominion, dominion is an entirely separate company and fierce competitor to smartmatic, end quote. Dominion and smartmatic do not collaborate in any way and have no affiliate relationship or financial ties. Yet in a 2009 lawsuit in which smartmatic sued dominion, a very clear relationship between the two companies was laid out. Quote the license agreement granted smartmatic rights to certain patents and Patent Applications that dominion owned or controlled and to all knowhow, trade secrets, methodologies and other Technical Information owned or possessed by dominion. The license agreement contains a noncompetition provision. This provision limits smartmatics rights to develop, market or sell products that embody the license technology. So despite what appears to have been at least a relationship, and it is all but impossible to find any record of either proving or disproving a relationship because the two firms are privately owned, it becomes a thorny matter at the very least. Also breaking now, defense Attorney Sidney Powell today promised to pursue President Trumps legal challenge until the very end. And i want the American Public to know right now that we will not be intimidated. American patriots are fed up with the corruption from the local level to the highest level of our government, and we are going to take this country back. We are not going to be intimidated. We are not going to back down. We are going to clean this mess up now. President trump won by a landslide. I know you are going every which direction right now, busy as you could possibly be. Lets start out right now with the president s path to victory here as you and the legal team see it. If you could give us just that, that canvass very quickly. Well, yes, lou. The entire election, frankly, in all the swing states should be overturned, and the legislature should make sure that the electors are selected for trump. And its going to have to follow the constitutional provisions that it go be decided according to the amendment. Lou lets go ahead. Lou lets turn to smartmatic and dominion. Are they or are they not linked . Oh, theyre definitely linked. I would call them inextricably intertwined. They have the same history from their inception. Im sure theyre trying to distance themselves from each other, but the fact is that the dominion machines run the Smartmatic Software or parts of the key code of it, and that is what allows them to manipulate the vote in any way the operators choose to manipulate them. And every time there was a glitch they called it or a connection to internet, they also violated state laws that required the machines to be rt certified and nothing to be changed before the vote. There are any number of legal grounds on which the use of those machines has to be stopped and the voted unvalidated. Invalidated. Lou now, are you pressing forward with legal action against them for those violations . Not against the company and the software, but the suits will be against the Election Officials to invalidate the results of the election and force it to the legislatures and the Electoral College and then the congress, if necessary. Lou there has been great controversy as well as you know about reports of a raid on a company in germany which held election data presumably and a raid that was carried out by u. S. Forces, so goes the report, although the forces themselves were not clearly identified, nor the event actually proven. Can you tell us what actually did happen there and what you do know . Well, i know that is one of the server centers. Theres also one in barcelona. So it is related to the entire smartmatic Dominion Software operation. We do not know whether the good guys got these servers or whether the bad guys got them. Being on the outside of the government, we simply dont know. Im hoping its the good guys, and if they have that, then there should be scads of evidence of, frankly, an international conspiracy, criminal conspiracy of the worst sort. Lou and its the presumption then that they had the records on those servers of all of the votes that were processed by dominion or smartmatic . Yes. The way it works, the votes can be changed either on the ground as they come in, people can watch the votes stream in live. For example, there was a dominion employee high up, high ranking at the Detroit Center the night of the election. He could have watched the votes come in live and manipulated them in that process. It could have run an automatic algorithm against all the votes which is we believe what happened originally and then the machines had to stop and the recount or the counting had to stop in multiple places because President Trumps lead was so great at that point, they had to stop the vote counting and come in and backfill the votes they needed to change the results. Lou and let me ask you, as with wrap up here as we wrap up here,s what is the next steps for the legal team, and when do you believe you will be prepared to come forward with hard evidence establishing the basis for a court to overturn elections or at least results of those elections in a number of battleground states . Well, we are still in the process of collecting evidence. Its coming in in massive amounts. Lou right. Even today the were getting more people coming forward telling us the truth about what happened. I would think we would have fraud complaints ready sometime by late next week at the latest. But like i said, its just a massive amount of information now. Weve got let me put it this way, theres thousands of people in federal prison on far less evidence of criminal conduct than we have already against the smartmatic and dominion systems companies, and most of the companies in the country run the same sort of software or have that code in their software. So its farther, its more widespread. Lou and incredibly, one of the benefits of this may be that we will learn who actually owns these companies. We have just watched, to everyone in this audience tonight, our election is run by companies, the ownership of which we dont know. Sidney powell is among those trying to change all of that. Just two republican congressmen to this point, jim jordan and james comber, have signed on to a letter demanding investigations into the irregularities and and misconduct in this years election. Other republicans like congressman jim banks seemed willing to lay down to give the dems control. Congressman banks is now arguing publicly its the trump agenda, not President Trump the man who is most popular with the party which resulted in their being elected, in point of fact, at record rates. You know, hes always had a bit of a milk toast misdemeanor [laughter] when it came to the president. I never thought fullon gusto was his watch word yeah, thats right. Yeah, you know, its funny, all these republicans, particularly those who won by large margins and the entire caucus picking up seats in this election, owe it to the extraordinary effort President Trump did in the final couple days and weeks of his election. He whipped up a frenzy among voters. He got low propensity voters out to the polls in big numbers, and the success of Kevin Mccarthy and his team had started with them and the good recruitment of candidates, but it ended with Donald Trumps ability to mobilize this incredible bloc of voters that came out in record numbers for a republican. And any republican who doesnt recognize that either that their head in the sand or is a nerve trumper because its irrefutable the impact the president had the final two weeks of his election. Now, i talked to zeldin, congressman from new york, hes all in. He understands the importance of congress and these state legislatures starting to investigate these election irregularities. There are many of them out there, and theyre becoming more vocal every day. Lou yeah. It was his transformation, i thought, was extraordinary, lee zeldin, because he went from being a never trumper and milk toast, if you will, a rino if you prefer to get Even Stronger about it, to being all in with the president. And the result is hes reelected and hes on the path to glory. Its good to see because hes a good and decent man. Yeah. Lou the Trump Campaign today, an hour and a half the legal team laying it out. This give us your sense of whats required here for them to prevail now from your per perspective. Not just the legal perspective, but from your perspective, because this president once again is at the forefront, hes the opportunity of the spear, and sometimes hes the whole damn spear. And thats true. Lou usually more than enough to get done what needs to be done. Your thoughts. The president s a tour de force, and hes got a legal team thats full of energy and intention to get this done. The missing component or the part that has to stack in next theyve set up great constitutional arguments that theres been a dual system, unequal protection. You can prove it in pennsylvania, you can prove it in wisconsin, you can prove it in michigan and other states. They need to show the scope of votes that are potentially changed because of this misconduct or rule changes or fraud. And so later tonight on just the news were going to be able to give some affidavitses from a Data Scientist who took a look at a pool of votes in pennsylvania alone where he sees 100,000 potential votes, approximately 100,000 votes that are potentially dubious, fraudulent are, misrecorded. That is a huge pool of way larger than any numbers that weve been talking about. Thats the sort of evidence that has to come into the next phase of this legal case. So the courts say, listen, i guess the idea that they screwed up the system, show me the votes. And i think this affidavit tonight from this respected Data Scientist will break some ground. When youre talking about a 100,000vote bloc, you can see how these states can be called into question. Lou theres an interesting legal question, at least interesting to me, i dont know whether the court will find it such, but the chief justice, john roberts, had an opportunity to prevent the fraud of the sort that weve seen in pennsylvania very specifically, and he could have done so before the election but demured, played cute and acquiesced to inertia rather than taking a strong stand against fraud which he could have done. Is that going to be replicated, do you think, by the chief justice in his, in his thinking . You know, its [inaudible conversations] yeah, ive never been good at figuring out john roberts. All i can say is john roberts is no reason quist, right . Hes a very different chief justice. That said, there are in his rulings indications that if this issue became right, meaning you could show me votes that were counted that shouldnt have been, im likely to become engaged. But even with Amy Coney Barrett on the court, youve got to fight for a majority even if john roberts sides with the liberals. I think the Supreme Court is in a good spot for the president if he can show the breadth of votes are large enough they could have changed the election. Thats the fulcrum on which this final questions going to turn. Lou yeah, its interesting, you talk about a 54 rather than 6 3 n. My opinion, this should be 90. There is a demand now and a hunger in this country to get beyond the level of political corruption that has overtaken even the federal judiciary, the Justice Department, the fbi, our intelligence agencies. And thats where we are now. But on the election, you know, lou, just very quickly, i think the everybody agrees that something went terribly wrong. Early voting, mailin voting, unproven systems didnt work. About half the country feels that something went wrong, and that something wrong went against donald trump. And so now what theyre waiting for is the affidavits, the givens, the data, the inconsistent9 says, where does it go. And we have these hallmark lawyers, lynn wood and richard jewell, Sidney Powell famous for her work with michael flynn, Rudy Giuliani produced the laptop in burisma. Theyve come out and said, you know what . It wasnt anecdotal, it wasnt affidavitonly, it was multimillions, its a land slide. And if that were to be true, itd be the biggs scandals biggest scandals since 1876, and now were three weeks, a little bit more than three weeks until the state electors. So the next step people say, well, to get that extra 20 so we have 75 of the people believe this was a fraud, they need data, and they need somebody with a ruler that says look at this transfer, they need experts that says i did this and im sorry about it, or they need a forensic analysis. And if that comes and its got to come, unfortunately, pretty quickly, lou, because were getting into a political rather than just an ethical, moral or legal argument because the state legislatures, as you know, are going to be predicated, their actions on Public Opinion. And even, to be frank, the courts. So youve got to get from 50 president of the people 50 of the people thinking something went wrong to 75 or 80, and you can get that if these claims that this was the crookedest election in history, the great scandal in American History backed up by outside auditors, pregnancyic analysis, etc. , etc. , and its presented on the screen to the American People. And so far we havent had that. Maybe we will. Well see. Lou yeah. And there is also the very straightforward test. We have seen the downballot election. The republicans did better than the democrats. There was no blue wave yeah. Lou all of the polling in the weeks and months ahead of that election were suppression polling, without question, talking about doubledigit gaps for the president of the United States. We saw none of it, none of it in the numbers that were [laughter] even fraudulent numbers that were put together for the democrats. It didnt show up for the president. He was strong in almost every state. Yeah. Everybody knows that the pollsters were corrupt or incompetent, take your pick, and they were either trying to enhance or suppress the vote. Everybody knows that the voting processes violated the state legislatures will which is unconstitutional in certain states. Everybody knows there were irregularities. But what they want to know is that all of these reached this historic level that are, the gish distinguished legal team and all they have to do is show them, the average person, because were interested in the news. Most people are too busy because theyre not being paid like you or me to follow the news. They have to be given the information in an acceptable manner and say look at this line 17. That cant be right. This person says he tampered with this code. This person says hes sorry. This forensic analysis said this happened. And when that happens, we should be very careful because that would be the greatest scandal in the history of this country. Thats whats being alleged, and i dont know, im not qualified to adjudicate that. But were in historic area right now, lou, because if this were to be true, it would require an i enormous amount of, an overwhelming amount of evidence to convince these legislatures to do manager theyve nebraska to do something theyve never done as well. Lou i think its entirely it could happen. Lou intellectually rigorous to take note of what we do know is true. We know it is true that this president was baselessly attacked before he was elected as the democrats and the deep state tried to prevent him from being elected. With know that empirically, we have the evidence. Yes. Lou we know that the fbi is a politically corrupt, the Justice Department as they tried a special counsel to unseat a lawful president. Its not in dispute. We know the role of his political appointment in his opponent in 2016. We know that there was a baseless effort at impeaching this president , for crying out loud. And we know that the, what would flow from that would not necessarily be, well, a rigorously honest and free and Fair Election. That much we do know, and we would be fools to ignore the predicate, if you will. No. No, we know that. Everything you said is correct. And now the missing test in this mosaic is to just show the American People that their instincts and what they saw the last four years are substantiated by an overwhelming its going to have to be overwhelming because we dont have the media, we dont have big tech amount of data. Thatll be a historic moment, i hope it does. Weve made historical claims now that have never been made, fraud on a scale weve never seen before lou dont you find it interesting if it happens that way go ahead, lou, im sorry. Lou yeah, im sorry, victor. Dont you think its interesting that with all of these voting companies, the five of them that control 90 of the election market in this country, if you will, all of them are privately held, privately owned, and not one of them has stepped forward and say, well, no, no. My fellow americans, we think that we should be able to set their concerned minds at rest here. Here is the evidence of the way we proceeded. This is the methodology we followed. These are the algorithms, good fellow citizens. And, please, your hearts not be concerned. Not be troubled. Wouldnt you expect that to be the rational and honest response of any concerned Corporate Citizen, even a private Corporate Citizen . Yes, i would. And i would also think if people doubt that there was fraud, i would expect blue state people coming forward and saying, well, fraud happens all the way here in this county, look, biden was robbed a commensurate amount of votes, but so far nobodys doing that. I agree with you, its all suspicious. But we have to get to a point where the Public Opinion is not 50 . Im not talking about a moral, ethical or legal im just talking about Public Opinion, and thats going to be swayed by overwhelming evidence. And, boy, i dont think the American People, if lynn wood and Sidney Powell are correct and Rudy Giuliani, the public would not stand for what were going through. They would, they would do something historical and overturn these key state elections. But they need to have something thats accessible and in detail. Lou yeah. You know, like an honest election are. Yes. Lou and the fact is i think people of the country should be given credit for this. Theyre not damn fools, theyre citizens who deserve answers, and theyre not getting them from anyone. No, theyre not. Lou and its about time somebody started responding to what the people want.
