That beg as different issue which is the early stages of this litigation most judges will not even get to the point of credibility but if they do, this happened in wayne county with one of the cases a credibility finding against the affiants, people brought out by giuliani and company is a really bad sign. We have one case like that so far where a judge with a preliminary injunction setting basically dismissed the credibility of the affiants in wayne county. That doesnt bode well, that is the kind of stuff immunized from appellate review. They dont want to secondguess findings of credibility. That is the only thing they have to watch out for is adverse credibility rulings. Otherwise everything is in play. Everything needs to play out. Recognize there are different legal theories and different bases for getting into these different courts. They are moving to rescind their votes to certify, claiming they were bullied to side with democrats toker isfy it. They say they were called racists and reportedly threatened and doxxed on social media. That is going on. The wisconsin recount of 800,000 votes in two counties happening in wisconsin. Required by law because President Trumps team paid 3 million to do the recount. Biden won the state by nearly 21,000 votes. You have all of that. Got, they stripped out the main fraud claims in the pennsylvania suit. Then theyre saying voter fraud. Youre right, there is a lot of moving parts, what are your thoughts on republican jim jordan and james comer saying to house judiciary you have to do a hearing and a probe of Election Integrity . Not clear jerry nadler or Carolyn Maloney will go for it. Your thoughts on that . Here is the difficult part. If youre trying to resolve this by the middle of december, all of 3 1 2 weeks from now you have to rely upon the litigants in civil court. Law enforcement usually cant move that quickly to build a case, to persuade people they brought a righteous case. Congress may have hearings. May have moments where they talk about this, but again it is not going to actually affect the outcome t might be helpful over the long run to address the frailties in our system or the corruption in our system. Those are not things that will win the day for President Trump. I think if youre looking at you know, resolution of the election, youve got to look at civil litigation, see if it gets up to the higher courts, including the u. S. Supreme court and see how it sakes out. Elizabeth what if, you know, heres the other thing. There is a story out there that the president is basically doing this to delegitimatize the election for joe biden because he is looking to 2024. Could the courts take any, any statements along those lines into consideration whether or not to overturn the count . Well you know usually extra judicial statements like people going on social media dont become, kind of embraced as a legal theory of the case or become all that damaging but, we have seen kind of different rules for trump where he has said things where even the Supreme Court said, what about his Campaign Promise . It is not necessarily helpful to make those types of comments but it really shouldnt merit, it shouldnt really decide the merits of cases when they get into courts because politics is politics. This is about factual determinations of election engineering, election fraud, based on what people saw and what software may or may not have done. It will stay fairly siloed off of that. This is a serious story. Is this a Tipping Point in relations here . This is very serious story, this shouldnt surprise anybody in the United States. Anybody kept up what is taking place in mexico, what is on our borders, there is widespread corruption in the Mexican Government. For Law Enforcement officers here in the United States, to take into custody, to deprive somebody of Constitutional Rights there has to be evidence that a crime was committed. There was evidence. These individuals, Law Enforcement took this mexican official into custody for proper reasons and then of course the mechanic can government pushed back. Theyre finding fentanyl in certain other opioids like oxycontin. Also in xanax. Theyre also finding it in heroin and ecstasy. That is why you know authorities out west are realizing people are dying more from drugs and it is because fentanyl is slipped into it. China drugmakers, china drugmakers, people in china are hooking up with drug cartels in mexico to deliver the fentanyl across the border to contaminate all sorts of drugs with it. What do you think of this story . So when you look at these multinational criminal organizations it should be very scary to know that these chinese cartels are now hooking up with mexican cartels. Theyre partnering to get their products into the United States. So you have got this fentanyl. Very cheap and very dangerous fentanyl coming from china into mexico. Then the mexican cartels are getting them into the United States. Huge profits are being made for both cartels. This should be very, very concerning.
