"It cut sales way down, not (being) able to exhibit as much," he said.
Jencks, a Washington, North Carolina, native, has pieces ranging from $18 coffee mugs to intricate pieces with a price tag of nearly $1,500. He specializes mainly in vases and raku pottery, which refers to a firing process.
Another artist, Sandie McFarlane, also has her art on display in the exhibit. She creates art in a variety of mediums including watercolor and graphite.
McFarlane, originally from the United Kingdom, has been in Fayetteville since the 1980s. In the exhibit, she has oil pieces, an oil pastel and a color pencil piece.
