ev project: US offers $710 million in loans for EV technology projects

The U.S. Energy Department has given preliminary approval for $710 million loans to EV technology manufacturing ventures. SK Siltron and American Battery Solutions are among the recipients. The agency has also finalized a $2.5 billion loan for battery plant construction by a venture between General Motors and LG Energy Solution. Ford and SK On are awaiting approval for a $9.
