Environment, faith-based groups report Prichard water quality concerns to EPA

The Southern Environmental Law Center has filed a petition on behalf of We Matter Eight Mile Community Association and 20 other environmental justice and faith-based organizations. The petition asks the Environmental Protection Agency to use their "emergency power" to step in and help with the city's water crisis.
