Editorial: Florida should use $3.2 billion opioid settlement to save lives, not stuff jail cells

Palm Beach County is considering how to spend $122 million from national opioid lawsuits and looks as though it will spend most on stable housing and other life saving measures for those in recovery. Science-averse leadership in Tallahassee should recognize local government knows best how to help its people.
