No because the coral reefs that have been damaged take decades if not longer to recover there are some projects here where a Good Samaritan tanzanians are going out and trying to the bills that coral but unfortunately those reefs were developed over such a long time and contain such wonderful life that they can never really be recovered in the same way its about now protecting the fish stocks that are left and if they can protect them hoping those fish stocks will grow further then you mentioned yourself the reason blast fishing has come about is because its a more effective way to catch fish and were talking about an important livelihood for many people there how can that be reconciled with the need to stop this practice.
