New York Air National Guard Col. Michele Kilgore, commander of the 109th Airlift Wing, has moved on to a higher level mission at the Pentagon in Washington, D.C.
Kilgore, who has been leading the 1,100 member unit at the Stratton Air National Guard Base in Scotia, has been reassigned to the Strategy, Plans and Policy Directorate, which advises the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Office.
