Devils reportedly tried to acquire Matthew Tkachuk from Flames

Pierre LeBrun of The Athletic reports that New Jersey general manager Tom Fitzgerald tried to acquire Matthew Tkachuk from the Calgary Flames before he was ultimately traded to the Florida Panthers.
