As you can see hundreds of protesters brought this entire meeting to a stand still more than once. I want to show you what happened a few moments ago. You saw protesters there singing in an effort to disrupt the vote that the Pinelands Commission has to make today. This is all about the plan to build an oil pipeline through the pinelands forest. Protesters are concerned about what that could mean f. They feel they didnt have enough time to review Public Comments. The public will not be allowed to speak until a decision is made here. There was a second on a motion to table the vote for another day. That was overruled by commissioners who were ready to move forward today and that was the result.
