numerous stories dealing with sexual harassment including on bill o'reilly and vice media and its toxic environment for women. and vice president and head of branding for the "new york times." emi emily, the question we keep asking and i asked it today of the person who founded the #metoo movement, is this the real deal? you did get the sense watching this and the millions contributed to a legal defense fund there is a real change? is that what it seems to be? >> what we've seen in the last year is a remarkable transition that started with a lot of journalists digging, reporting, exposing this behavior that was a long-kept secret and then became a #metoo movement and now we're seeing that #metoo movement start to translate into action and it's really a big question of how does -- how do these words translate into action? what are the systemic issues, the stingic problems that allowed this problem to persist and what can be done about that.
