>> shepard: jeff, describe what you are seeing. what kind of vehicle are you in? what are you seeing around you? >>ening at this time i-35 in moore on highway 37. the main east-west road on the southwest side of moore. to give you better south of the 40 interchange and 4 miles north of the city of norman, at this time no tornadoes near that location right now. this particular tornado has weakened and has became rain wrapped as we say. weakened at this time, but like i said the tornado has weakened in the city of moore as it tracks across i-35 going through del city, air force base on the southeast side of oklahoma city in the direct path of this tornado. as it comes back down, we have other damage on the southeast side. the tornado continues to track through the northeast heading toward the air force base. we also have a new wall cloud. seeing it from the bridge. new tornado coming up from the southwest side. it's going to be southwest of --
