skeptical about social security. don? >> so obviously, a lot of people have less money to save because of the recession. so how big of a factor is that in terms of retirement, carter? >> well, you know, it's funny. according to this survey, the recession actually had a small impact, and the biggest problem is people just don't know how to do it. they don't know how to save. they don't know how to invest for retirement and don't do it at all. most people do not have a retirement plan and they don't know how much to save and they don't know where to put. many websites, cnnmoney.com, they have a retirement clarity to get you started but that can be scary when you see how much you need and how little you have. that's why a lot of people don't want to start because they don't want the bad news. >> head in the sand. not always good. let's talk about wall street specifically, tax cuts have been the big focus on wall street this week. i have been talking to you about it a lot. still a concern today?
