Daughter of Dracut doc accused of involuntary manslaughter asks AG not to prosecute the case

WOBURN — The daughter of the retired Dracut doctor accused of illegally prescribing opioids resulting in a Lowell patient's death wrote a last-gasp 17-page letter to Attorney General Andrea Campbell asking for the charges against her father to be thrown out.
