Dangerous offender who sexually assaulted a 13-year-old in Hay River loses bid for new trial

A man who convicted of sexual assault for the fourth time for an attack on a Hay River girl argued that he did not get a fair jury trial. Three NWT Court of Appeal judges disagree.
