PHILADELPHIA – Curran-Fromhold Correctional Facility and its leading officials say that a former inmate seeking two depositions from fellow prisoners who may corroborate his cruel and unusual punishment claims connected to a two-month incarceration, will not be able to prove his case with their testimony.
