Cuban private and state-run firms talked business at Cuba 2020 Forum
Havana, Dec 9 (Prensa Latina) Cuban foreign trade companies and private enterprises on Wednesday exchange views at the Cuba 2020 Business Forum about their experiences in implementing export-to-import possibilities.
When opening the virtual session, Vivian Herrera, director general of Foreign Trade of Cuba´s Ministry of Foreign Trade and Investment, recalled that Cuba has 37 state-owned companies approved to provide private producers with such services.
The measure, she said, is part of the implementation of Cuba's Economic Social Strategy and the 2030 Development Plan in order to link private initiatives to the productive chain of national institutions.
