Crescent City Man Pleaded Guilty to Second-Degree Murder In Connection With Parents' Deaths; Sentenced to At Least 30 Years in Prison

A 41-year-old man will serve at least 30 years in state prison in connection with the 2020 deaths of his parents, according to the Del Norte County District Attorney.
Casey Rhyn Potter pleaded guilty on Jan. 21 to two counts of second-degree murder for the deaths of 77-year-old Brian Gilbert Potter and 71-year-old Sherrie Lynn Potter, both of Crescent City, Del Norte County DA Katherine Micks told the
