Crawfish & Noodles Is Coming to the Houston Farmers Market Development

The popular Vietnamese-Cajun restaurant will join a Chris Shepherd concept at the Airline Drive site.

The Houston Farmers Market will be opening this year with shops and restaurants starting up over the next several months.
Crawfish & Noodles, one of Houston's most venerable restaurants, is expanding with its second location opening this fall at the new Houston Farmers Market development at 2520 Airline Dr.
MLB Capital Partners, which is developing the Houston Farmers Market, announced Thursday that the restaurant owned by James Beard-award finalist Trong Nguyen will occupy a 3,298-square-foot space at the redeveloped market, which also includes Wild Oats, a restaurant from Chris Shepherd's Underbelly Hospitality, and a butcher shop from R-C Ranch Texas Craft Meats.
