It may be the Easter Holidays, but that does not mean that Betty Stack, principal of Ardfert NS, and the rest of her staff are not working hard to improve their school even further.
One of their main goals at the moment is the development of a new school hall, which of course don't come cheap, so the school has come up with a new fundraiser to help them to cover the costs.
The '50k Your Way' campaign was launched by Betty and the other staff members last week, and it's a campaign whereby they are asking people to cover a 50km distance - either by running, cycling, walking or swimming - from over the period of April 19 to May 16.
