A group of councillors are refusing to participate in remote meetings as proceedings are forced to move online.
Meath County Council is again at odds on how best to get its new County Development Plan over the line.
The majority of councillors have agreed to move considerations fully online given the current Covid-19 situation.
However, nine members of a technical group along with three Sinn Féin and two independent councillors say they refuse to participate in any meetings which they cannot attend in-person.
