Council says goodbye to Pignatello | News, Sports, Jobs

LOCK HAVEN — City council took time to thank Lock Haven University President Robert Pignatello for his service to the university and city during their meeting this week.
Pignatello was named Senior Advisor to the Chancellor for Integration Strategy for the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education and will be leaving his role at LHU on Feb. 5.
“This Friday, President Pignatello leaves LHU to go and do whatever it is the Chancellor of PASSHE wants him to do. I think it would be a shame if that departure took place without us acknowledging the contribution that he made in his time here,” Councilman Richard Morris said.
