Compassion at work
For approximately the last two months a homeless man and his dog have been living out of his car in the Village of Lancaster.

During the day he was often seen walking around the village with his dog. At night they found comfort and warmth sleeping in the village laundromat.
Some members of the community attempted to reach out to this humble-aged man and his gentle dog, and reported they had made calls to the mental health crisis line to speak on his behalf with hopes that a caseworker would be assigned.
