It pretty quickly became a tv staple and all of the guys in my class at st. Josephs Elementary School in missouri fell in love with it and wed play it out at recess. Each one of us would take one of the roles. Of course all of us wanted to be mcqueen. I think i wound up with the attenborough role which is fine by me, though, i get executed at the end of the movie. Of course ....
