The proposed campground for a strip of land bordering Cooper Marsh will move on to the next approval stage; the electronic regular meeting of South Glengarry Council, in a 3-1 vote, a motion carried that amends a bylaw, changes zoning, and allows the project to proceed. The decision is subject to a 30-day appeal period.
